Availability of all services is based on current conditions and weather. We retain the right to change or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For a successful charter booking, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Supply valid and full details
  • Make payment for the necessary deposit as indicated in the booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation is only established upon the receipt of your payment and our formal acknowledgment. We reserve the right to deny services to any individual at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Chartering is contingent upon the accessibility of the yacht and favorable weather conditions. We will endeavor to accommodate your preferred scheduling.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted prices are in € and encompass all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to modifications without prior announcement.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A requirement of 50% of the total charter cost at the time of booking
  • Remaining Balance: Due 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
  • Supplementary charges (if any): Payable upon the charter's completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We welcome major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed through safeguarded, encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Complete refund excluding processing fees
  • 24-72 hours prior to departure: Refund of 50%
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If inclement weather is determined to be unsafe by our captain, options will include:

  • Rescheduling your charter to another available date at no extra cost
  • Issuing a full refund if rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there's a mechanical failure with the designated vessel, efforts will be made to provide an appropriate alternative. In the absence of an alternative, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All those aboard are required to:

  • Heed all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear as necessary
  • Disclose any medical conditions impacting their safety
  • Remain within assigned areas of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are prohibited on board, which include:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or weapons
  • Excessive drinks (more than what's considered moderate)
  • Pets (except with prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that's respectful. A charter may be ended prematurely without any refund if passengers engage in actions that are considered a risk to safety or disrupt the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is restricted to the payment you have made for your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Injuries sustained through personal negligence
  • The loss or destruction of personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages
  • Delays brought about by weather or other situations outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We have comprehensive maritime insurance that insures our vessels and our operational activities. Visitors are advised to have their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By engaging in our charter services, you recognize that marine endeavors carry inherent dangers and you accept responsibility for your personal safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the authority to alter itineraries, navigation paths, or schedules due to weather-related influences, safety needs, or other operational demands. We'll strive to provide alternatives that are comparable when changes are necessary.

9. Force Majeure

We are not accountable for hindrances, cancellations, or modifications stemming from causes beyond our control, which may include:

  • Severe weather events
  • Natural calamities
  • Regulatory impositions
  • Port shutdowns
  • Technical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection
