What does a standard yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Service-specific additions vary — for example, evening cruises provide upgraded drinks and snacks, whereas business charters offer meeting spaces and tailored catering services.
When should I make my booking?
Booking 2–3 weeks ahead is advisable, especially during the high season (May–September). For business gatherings and personal celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks beforehand ensures wider availability and more time for personalization.
What is the protocol for inclement weather?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Unfavorable weather judged unsafe by our captain will prompt us to propose an alternative date or issue a full refund. Weather forecasts are closely monitored and you will be informed 24 hours prior to your booking if there's any cause for concern.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own provisions. Nonetheless, we also have outstanding catering options and can tailor the menu to suit your taste. Note that for safety, glassware is not permitted on board.
Do your yachts cater to guests with physical disabilities?
We make an effort to be as accommodating as possible. Some of our yachts offer better facilities for accessibility than others. To ensure that we meet your requirements, please reach out to us at the time of booking for the best yacht recommendation and to arrange any necessary facilities.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure are fully refundable. Cancellations happening between 24 to 72 hours before sailing time receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours before the event are non-refundable, except in cases of unfavourable weather or mechanical failures on our side.
